PHOBIA: Understanding Fear is a 7th grade school project about fears and phobias, made for students our own age.

Who made this

A 7th grade student made this site for a school research project. It is meant for other 7th graders — 12 and 13 year olds — who want to understand fear without being scared by it.

Why we made it

A lot of people joke about phobias, or treat them like a weakness. We wanted a site that explains them clearly, shows how common they are, and points people toward real help. Fear is normal. So is asking for support.

How the lists were made

The phobia lists were created with help from Google Gemini and then edited and reformatted by hand.
